2. Platform Overview

IVC Platform is an interactive video control system that enables users to design, compile, distribute, and analyze logic-driven video experiences.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of all videos, media assets, logic flows, and data you upload or create using the platform.

By using IVC Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, process, and compile your content solely for the purpose of providing platform functionality.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

Uploading illegal, infringing, or harmful content
Attempting to bypass security or access controls
Reverse-engineering or tampering with IVP packages
Abusing APIs or platform infrastructure

Permitted Use

Education, training, and learning experiences
Enterprise onboarding and compliance workflows
Marketing, demos, and product walkthroughs
Healthcare, simulation, and scenario-based training

6. Plans, Billing & Availability

IVC Platform may offer free and paid plans with usage limits, feature restrictions, or billing terms as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or availability with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVC Platform shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or external infrastructure failures
Issues arising from third-party services or hosting environments

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
